  1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered? Top

    Most items on our website typically deliver in 7-10 business days from the time the order is placed. Item availability as well as estimated delivery times appear in the top right corner of the product buy page (next to the "Add to Cart" button).

  2. How will my order arrive? Top

    All items will ship from the manufacturer via a carrier of their choosing using a tailgate delivery. This means your order will be brought to the back of the truck. Unloading from the truck to the parking lot and into a facility is the responsibility of the buyer. A liftgate service can be purchased when you place your order. This will safely have your order lowered to the parking lot. Moving the order from the parking lot into the facility is still the responsibility of the buyer.

  3. Where is my order shipping from? Top

    All items ship directly from the manufacturer. To see a list of where different manufacturers are located, please visit our manufacturers.

  4. Can my order be returned? Top

    We hold a 30 day return policy on most items that we sell. If within 30 days of receiving your order you decide you would like to return the order, please contact our customer service department. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and MUST be in the ORIGINAL packaging. We will issue an RMA number for the unused item's return. ShortOrder.com will charge a 40% restocking fee on all returned items. Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer.

  5. What if it arrives damaged? Top

    Despite the efforts of the manufacturers of the equipment offered for sale on this website, damage and loss can occur. As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to do the following:

    1. Verify that the shipment matches the freight carrier's documentation (number of pieces, skids, etc.)
    2. Visually inspect the packaging for signs of damage. Identify any damage on the freight carrier's documentation.
    3. Uncrate or unpackage your order and complete a full inspection for damage. If the carrier refuses to remain on site for inspection, note on the driver's documentation that the driver did not permit a full inspection.

    4. If concealed damage is discovered after the item has been signed for in good condition, ShortOrder.com is no longer liable. All claims for compensation must be addressed directly with the freight carrier. ShortOrder.com will not be a participant in this process. Customer should request the carrier or agent of the carrier to do an inspection. Save all packaging for the damaged item.
    5. You may REFUSE any shipment with signs of damage or when the number of pieces received does not match the number of pieces on the freight carrier's documentation.
    6. Your signature on the freight carrier's documentation acknowledges that the shipment was received in good condition and absent of damage or shortages. It is imperative that you note any damage or shipment abnormalities that may exist before the freight carrier leaves your location.

  6. How do I find details about items I am interested in purchasing? Top

    Please see the attached specifications tab on the product page. This spec sheet comes straight from the manufacturer and gives all the technical details about the unit. The manufacturer's contact info is listed at the bottom of the spec page if you need more technical information.

  7. Is there a warranty? Top

    Yes, all units are covered by the manufacturer. Please see the warranty tab on the product page.

  8. How do I track my order? Top

    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with the carrier's contact information and tracking number so you can check on delivery.

  9. How much does shipping cost? Top

    Shipping is free, within the Continental U.S. Please contact us for a freight quote if shipping outside of the Continental U.S.

  10. Is there tax on my order? Top

    Sales tax will only be added in Texas and Kansas. Your local sales tax rate in these states will apply.

  11. Do you sell parts? Top

    No, we are not a parts dealer. Please visit our manufacturers to see the list of contact information for manufacturers. You can contact the manufacturer to find a parts dealer in your area.

  12. Do you sell used equipment? Top

    ShortOrder.com only sells new equipment. All equipment ships new directly from the manufacturer.

  13. What if I am not present when my order is delivered? Top

    You will receive an email with tracking information about your order as soon as it ships. This will be sent to the email address you provided to ShortOrder.com at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be present at the time of delivery. If the no one is available to receive the delivery, a redelivery fee or freight storage fee may be charged by the freight carrier. Any additional freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  14. Do you sell used equipment? Top

    ShortOrder.com only sells new equipment. All equipment ships new directly from the manufacturer.

  15. Will the driver bring the unit inside my establishment? Top

    No, it is the customer's responsibility to get the unit off the truck and into their establishment. We do offer a lift gate service for heavier items — this service safely lowers the unit from the truck to the ground.

  16. Do you do installation? Top

    Yes, there is an installation option when checking out. It can take up to three business days to get the installation quotes.

  17. Do you take orders over the phone? Top

    No, for security purposes, all ordering is done on the website.

  18. Do you have a catalog? Top

    No. We are an online company. All of our product offerings, availability and pricing is available on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  19. Do you offer financing? Top

    No. We do, however, accept checks from financing companies.

  20. Do I need to order a liftgate? Top

    A liftgate can be ordered to safely lower your items to the ground from the back of the freight carrier’s truck. If your party will be unable to lower the item a liftgate will be needed. The liftgate MUST be ordered at the time of purchase — it CAN NOT be requested at the time of delivery. If you are unsure of the weight of your item, feel free to contact ShortOrder customer service for assistance.
