Commercial slicers are the restaurant equipment of choice for cutting up meats, cheeses and other ingredients as part of your kitchen operation. Commercial slicers can be manual, semi-automatic or automatic, but they are generally designed around a large rotating circular blade and a sliding tray that moves slicing material into the blade and removes sliced food after it has been cut.
