The Good: Very even cooking and heat distribution. Operates at only 44,000 BTU vs. 60,000 BTU or less efficient ovens, yet has same cook time/results due to heat recovery system.
The Bad: Lower value, too expensive. Black painted legs vs. stainless steel.
