The holding oven has such a tight fit for the chaffing pans that i may have to turn the pans length way instead of sideways and then i can only get 9 pans in the oven instead of 18. The pans cannot have lids on them or u will never fit them in the holding oven.My metro holding oven puts this to shame but its only made to hold 9 full size chaffing pans.For as many resturants that i have worked at in my early years, this is the first Vulcan product that i would never recommend to anyone.
