The Good: <u>1" thick polished plate</u> for faster recovery. The frame is <u>fully welded</u>, no screws. The unit has a "snap-action" type thermostat that is embedded into the plate on the underside vs. a surface mount type thermostat.
The Bad: Lower value, too expensive. Electric ignition vs. standard pilot light means you can't use the griddle when the power is out.
