The Good: Units are <u>all stainless steel</u> with <u>solid state controls</u>. Wall mount or legs. Putting a plate on the rack activates the heating element.
The Bad: Lower value, too expensive. Light duty cheese melting only. Not the power of a gas salamander broiler.
