The Good: Hot food units are all <u>all stainless steel, fully welded and assembled</u>. <u>Thermostats are standard</u>, not optional. Highest standard wattage available: 750 watt for 120v models, 1050 watt for 208v models.
The Bad: High wattage means higher amps, so check your breaker size.
