I live in a shared household with a 90 year old parent who has rheumatoid arthritis in her hands. Our existing LED model was confusing and hurtful for her to use. When the Panasonic NE-1024 arrived at our home we were delighted that the dial is easy to understand, the handle is easy to pull, and the "call bell ding" is much more charming to hear instead of the typical beep-beep-beep. It heats beautifully and easily fits a dinner plate. It's handsome looking and great in our decor. I highly recommend this product and the great pricing and excellent service available through Shortorder.

I don' think that this was [ShortOrder.com's] problem, however, the reason I chose this product was for its Commercial (NSF) rating. There's no NSF sticker on the appliance anywhere!
