we like this machine very much. we use it every day. We are getting another one for our son.
A little noisy at times but you get use to it.
I know it is for indoor use but we have it on the back porch and have had no trouble so far.

[It works] Great, it performs exactly as expected. We had a fish fry with over 120 people present and no ice problems.
