OVERVIEW:

The Gen2 commercial salamander broiler (GEN2-SB-36-NAT) features a stainless steel body, cool-to-the-touch knobs, and a one-piece broiler grid. The broiler rack is adjustable with multi-position locking, and the rack assembly can roll out for loading, unloading, and easy cleaning. The gas salamander broiler is equipped with a 35,000 BTU atmospheric infrared burner, adjustable gas valve, and continuous pilot. This salamander broiler can be mounted to any Gen2 commercial range, wall mounted, or used on a countertop.
