The Gen2 commercial range (60-GEN2-6B-24G-S26-NAT) is a versatile model featuring a 24" commercial griddle that allows you to cook burgers while preparing soups and more on the 6 open burners. This restaurant range also comes with 2 standard ovens, a 5" ledge work area, and a 7" deep back shelf for storage. The grates are flat and removable, so pots can slide to different sections and the range can be easily cleaned. The commercial range has a stainless steel finish on the front and adjustable legs so it will fit seamlessly into any restaurant kitchen.
