OVERVIEW:
The Gen2 commercial range (60-GEN2-10B-S26-NAT) is a 60" range with 10 open burners and two standard ovens. The cast iron section grates are flat so pots can slide from section to section and removable for easy cleaning. The commercial gas range also features a 5" prep area in front of the burners and a 7" deep shelf for storage. The stainless steel front and aluminized sides means this Gen2 restaurant range looks just as good as it cooks.
