OVERVIEW:
The Gen2 commercial range (60-GEN2-10B-S26-LP) features 10 open liquid propane burners and 2 ovens. Cast in bowl below the burner grates directs heat to the cooking surface, while a unique burner baffle distributes heat evenly throughout the ovens. Additional work and storage space is offered on the Gen2 restaurant range in the form of a 5" prep area in front of the burners and a 7" deep back shelf. The stainless steel design means this 60" range will fit seamlessly into any commercial kitchen.
