The burners have 12″ × 12″ heavy duty, cast iron grates that allow pots to slide easily from section to section and can be safely removed for cleaning. The stainless steel 36 inch gas range also comes with 6" adjustable legs, so it can fit into any restaurant kitchen seamlessly.
