OVERVIEW:

The Gen2 restaurant griddle (GEN2-TG-48C-NAT) is a heavy duty, gas griddle with thermostatic controls, so the appliance will maintain the selected temperature during peak cooking times. The thick, polished steel cooking surface features four 22,000 BTU/hr “U” type burners with a constant pilot for instant ignition and equal spacing for even cooking. The gas griddle is capable of holding temperatures between 150 and 450 degrees F. Its large cooking surface and high quality makes it one of the best deals on the market.
