OVERVIEW:

The Gen2 36" gas griddle (GEN2-TG-36C-NAT) is a commercial griddle with thermostat controls that hold the selected temperatures without change during peak cooking periods. It features three 22,000 BTU/hr “U” type burners that are equally spaced under the thick, polished surface for even cooking. The commercial griddle has a stainless steel front and sides, so it will look great in any restaurant or bar kitchen.
