The Gen2 commercial griddle (GEN2-TG-24C-NAT) is a thermostatic controlled, heavy duty griddle that will maintain selected temperatures during peak cooking times. The two burners are placed evenly under the thick, polished plate to provide even heating on the entire cooking surface. The gas griddle features an energy saving thermostat with a range of 150-450 degrees F. The quality of this Gen2 griddle makes it one of the best values on the market.
