OVERVIEW:

The Gen2 commercial griddle (GEN2-MG-24C-NAT) is a heavy-duty, manual control appliance designed for demanding food service applications. The griddle surface is 3/4" thick with two equally spaced burners for even cooking, and 18" deep for a large cooking area. It also comes with a large capacity, removable grease pan for easy cleaning. The gas griddle has a stainless steel front and sides, so it will look great in any commercial kitchen.
