Gen2 Fryer GEN2-F5-LP

OVERVIEW:

The Gen2 LP commercial fryer (GEN2-F5-LP) features a 70 pound, all stainless steel fry tank and 5 heat tubes. The front and door are also all stainless steel, and the door includes a fully integrated door liner. The commercial fryer comes with two fry baskets with plastic coated handles and a tube rack to rest them on. A millivolt thermostat allows the deep fryer to reach a temperature range of 200 to 400 degrees F. An auto reset high limit shuts the fryer down if it exceeds the maximum temperature, making it a safe choice for any restaurant or bar kitchen.
