OVERVIEW:

The Gen2 commercial charbroiler (GEN2-RB-48C-NAT) is a 48 inch gas broiler with stainless steel sides and front that is fully insulated to conserve energy when in use. It features 8 burners placed 6 inches apart under cast iron grates for even broiling. The heavy duty grates remove easily so the charbroiler grill can be cleaned safely, and it comes with a full width grease gutter and large removable grease pans.
