OVERVIEW:
The Gen2 commercial charbroiler (GEN2-RB-24C-NAT) is a 24 inch radiant broiler that produces a great taste and attractive charbroiler markings. The charbroiler was engineered to allow the juices from the meat being cooked to drop down onto the radiants and produce searing flames and smoke for enhanced flavor. It is insulated throughout to conserve energy, and has stainless steel sides and front. The cast iron radiants are removable for easy cleaning and prevent clogging of burners while providing an even broiling.
