OVERVIEW:

The Gen2 commercial char-rock broiler (GEN2-EB-48C-NAT) is a 48 inch gar charbroiler with 4 burners and top grates that can be used in a flat or sloping position. The porous pumice char-rock distributes heat evenly, is self-cleaning, and gives food a delicious, smokey flavor. This gas charbroiler features a stainless steel front and sides with a removable stainless steel grease can. The body structure of the commercial charbroiler is double walled to help conserve energy while in use.
