OVERVIEW:

The Gen2 gas char-rock broiler (GEN2-EB-36C-NAT) is a 36 inch commercial broiler with four 38,000 BTU/hr “H” type burners. The porous, pumice char-rock distributes heat evenly across the cooking surface and is self-cleaning. The commercial charbroiler has stainless steel sides and front with a removable stainless steel grease can, burner and pilot shield. A slanted broiler surface allows for different cooking temperatures, so a variety of meats can be cooked at the same time.
