Gen2 Char Broiler GEN2-EB-24C-NAT


OVERVIEW:

The Gen2 commercial char-rock broiler (GEN2-EB-24C-NAT) is a 24 inch broiler that uses two 38,000 BTU/hr “H” type burners for high performance cooking on the entire broiler surface. The top grates can be used in a flat or sloped position to reduce flare-up. The pumice char-rock distributes heat evenly and is self-cleaning. The commercial charbroiler is double-walled to conserve energy and has a removable crumb tray that collects debris.
