All items will ship from the manufacturer via a carrier of their choosing using a tailgate delivery. This means your order will be brought to the back of the truck. Unloading from the truck to the parking lot and into a facility is the responsibility of the buyer. A liftgate service can be purchased when you place your order. This will safely have your order lowered to the parking lot. Moving the order from the parking lot into the facility is still the responsibility of the buyer.
All items ship directly from the manufacturer.
We have a 30 day return policy on most items that we sell. If within 30 days of receiving your order you decide you would like to return the order, please contact our customer service department. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and MUST be in the ORIGINAL packaging. We will issue an RMA number for the unused item's return. ShortOrder.com will charge a 40% restocking fee on all returned items. Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom items cannot be returned. If production had begun at the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred prior to the cancellation notice being received. Production costs cannot exceed the purchase price of the unit ordered.

ShortOrder.com only sells new equipment. All equipment ships new directly from the manufacturer. Our site does offer a selection of Scratched/Dented items. Those items have small, cosmetic issues that do not impede the functionality of the unit. All items on Shortorder ship new and have never been used.
You will receive an email with tracking information about your order as soon as it ships. This will be sent to the email address you provided to ShortOrder.com at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be present at the time of delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a redelivery fee or freight storage fee may be charged by the freight carrier. Any additional freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
UPS and Fedex ground items will be dropped off without notice. After receipt, please inspect your shipment and contact Shortorder if an issue exists.
No, it is the customer's responsibility to get the unit off the truck and into their establishment. We do offer a liftgate service for heavier items — this service safely lowers the unit from the truck to the ground.
Yes, there is an installation option when checking out. It can take up to three business days to get the installation quotes.

A liftgate can be ordered to safely lower your items to the ground from the back of the freight carrier’s truck. If your party will be unable to lower the item a liftgate will be needed. The liftgate MUST be ordered at the time of purchase — it CANNOT be requested at the time of delivery. If you are unsure of the weight of your item, feel free to contact ShortOrder customer service for assistance.
