The Good	Full 24" cooking surface depth on 36" wide and larger models. The grease drawer is very large capacity.
The Bad	1/2" griddle plate found on most electric units does not provide as great a thermal sink for frozen products. This results in a slightly slower recovery rate in high volume applications.
