Common Questions
Work Tables
How Big?
Work tables are available in just about every 12” size increment. Depth of the table is usually 30” or 36”.

Risers or Back Splash?
If your table sits against a wall, you should put a riser or back splash along the rear edge. This prevents spills from falling down between the wall and table.

Table Strength
For stainless steel, the lower the number, the stronger the gauge of steel. That being said, 16 gauge tables are fine up to 5 feet in length for general use. If the table is longer or going to support heavy equipment, or be used in a heavy duty application, get a 14 gauge table.
